Concert (Spanish) Houston, Texas
March 6, 2004 on Hafer Road

Sheree wowed us with a fantastic bi-lingual concert on Saturday night. The first part of the concert was “up.” We clapped and laughed and had a great time. Speaking in Spanish she told wonderful stories about the power of music, the songs and she shared her testimony of the Lord. The second half of the concert brought us to great reverence. The bigger than life screen presented her nature filled video, “My Father’s World.” She also sang the most fantastic rendition of ‘How Great Thou Art’ ever! She ended on a high ‘A’ flat with the ease of a confident butterfly. Phrases of the song were sung in both English and Spanish! The audience kept asking for more! Four encores were requested! She sang them all.

The show included two glorious music videos and a power point presentation about the vibrations in music and how they affect us.

We have some wonderful people to thank for making this fantastic concert happen. Thank you to the Houston Texas Stake, and the Houston 6th Ward for sponsoring this concert. Thank you to Bishop Raul Cruz. Thank you to Hermana Adriana Bautista and Hermano Mario Castellanos for getting the set, taking care of the ambiance, chairs, screen, spot light, and publicity. Thank you to the awesome sound reinforcement team, Ricky and Randy. Thanks to Louis Hellewell and Bill Dean for the exceptional technical support, DVD’s, sound, spot light and more. Thank you to President and Sister Olsen of the Texas, Houston Mission. Truly the Lord blessed this concert and brought us together. Thank you to each one of you for doing your part. It was a spiritual, powerful, impressive evening and will never be forgot. Thank you Hermana Sheree for coming to visit us in Texas. Please come to us again.
